The argument in favor of using filler text goes something like this: If you use real content in the Consulting Process, anytime you reach a review point you’ll end up reviewing and negotiating the content itself and not the design.
These are not empty promises, but company philosophy.
Because we know what a day or two of downtime can cost.
PrimeSystems offers four different types of IT support and maintenance contracts:
Response time maintenance contracts guarantee a maximum response time of 2 to 24 hours in the event of a fault, depending on the agreement. With a low monthly flat rate, you can be sure of fast and competent help if required. All services required for this will be billed according to expenditure. The elimination of malfunctions has absolute priority over all other customer orders. This type of maintenance is ideal if you take care of your network yourself, but want to protect yourself in the event of an emergency, or if you do not need regular external support.
Contingent maintenance contracts are the most popular form of maintenance. You receive the same services as with the response time maintenance contract, but you do not pay a monthly flat rate, but agree with us on an annual quota of hours. The quota corresponds to the maintenance effort that, in our experience, is at least necessary to keep a well-maintained network in this condition and to carry out the usual administrative tasks. This type of maintenance is the right one if you need ongoing support and care and want to protect yourself in the event of an emergency, but do not want to have any additional costs apart from the work actually performed.
Fixed-price maintenance contracts cover all administration, support and maintenance work, such as user management, help desk, rectification of software and hardware malfunctions, etc., with a fixed monthly maintenance fee. With this flat-rate maintenance at a fixed price, your IT costs are calculable, and achieving the highest possible availability is also in our own financial interests. The amount of the flat rate is calculated from the number of PCs and the number of servers, and thus adapts dynamically to your economic situation. Of course, a maximum response time is also guaranteed here.
Hardware maintenance contracts cover the risk of hardware failure with a monthly flat rate. All costs for diagnosis, repair, material, travel and ancillary costs are covered, as well as loan systems, of course, in the event that short-term repairs are not possible. Here too, of course, we guarantee a maximum response time of 4 to 24 hours. This type of maintenance is chosen if the focus is on protecting hardware investments and calculating your IT costs.
